Polyfoam Australia’s Victorian site in Dandenong has opened a new Styrocycle drop-off point, still located at 11 Brooklyn Ave but around 30 meters north of our main driveway entrance, giving recycling its very own area immediately in front of our recycle processing area, ensuring quick turn around of recycling received from the public. There is plenty of space to drive your vehicle in and out of the area with 2 large bins located on the back fencing for all your Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) waste. Of course we ask that the waste be free from contaminants such as tape or labels, as they are not recyclable and can create a landfill situation, and of course that the waste is only EPS (no cardboard or other types of foam). The Recycling area is open from 6am to 4.30pm weekdays (excluding public holidays) is monitored by CCTV and has full signage to guide you on how to recycle your EPS to ensure it is used again and again.
Polyfoam would like to thank our team for the fantastic effort in building this area and facility and to thank the fantastic members of our community for taking the time to think about recycling their EPS waste for a better future rather than placing it into landfill.
